Reflection

Reflection.  On the last day of each year, that seems to be the common theme.  I wonder how different our year would be, if we reflected each day, renewed our intentions, stayed present in the moment.  What would you do differently.  Living each day intentionally instead of reactively.  Some feel change is to difficult to handle, after all, there is comfort in predictability.  Change is certainly anxiety provoking at its core. Albert Einstein once said, "The measure of intelligence is the ability to change".  We can all change.  Only a brief amount of courage is needed to face any fears that get in the way.  So today I reflect the past, but won't live in it. Today I also embrace the change of the future. Grateful, exciting, beautiful, and full of abundance.

Be at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let every new year find you a better man.” -- Benjamin Franklin
